Agents
An administrator-facing entry point for remote coding sessions. Happy has its own service and accounts; it is not the Arena agent API. Connection details stay on the protected app page.

The app gate is the outer access policy. Individual routes can require additional authorization. Capability declarations are preflight requirements, not a complete dependency inventory.
