Voice Live
A companion display for voice sessions, with transcripts, audio, share links, and an overlay. Although the app gate is public, publishing uses a verified Happy token and viewing uses administrator or share-link authorization.

The app gate is the outer access policy. Individual routes can require additional authorization. Capability declarations are preflight requirements, not a complete dependency inventory.
