Infrastructure Demo
A private, working DynamoDB reference. A verified owner saves a preference with a version token; stale writes return HTTP 409. Existing app data remains in PostgreSQL.

The app gate is the outer access policy. Individual routes can require additional authorization. Capability declarations are preflight requirements, not a complete dependency inventory.
